                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT RELATIVE TO THE
                   RIVERFRONT FIXED AND FLOATING DOCK AT MILE
                   463.9, TENNESSEE RIVER, CHATTANOOGA, COUNTY
                   OF HAMILTON, TENNESSEE BETWEEN THE
                   DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY AND THE CITY OF
                   CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into 

       an agreement relative to the Riverfront Fixed and Floating Dock 
at
       Mile 463.9, Tennessee River, Chattanooga, County of Hamilton,
       Tennessee, between the Department of the Army and the City of
       Chattanooga, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
       herein.
